We are located in an emblematic area of the city, the commercial center of modern Malaga in the 70s. With the arrival of the emblematic El Corte Ingles shopping center, this area completely changed from a residential area with several towers being built to become the commercial center of the city and a reflection of modernity. Our building was the first tower, with 15 floors, large entrance hall with concierge, two elevators and a freight elevator, ramp access for the handicapped and wide floor landings. The whole building has that particular style of the seventies, perfectly maintained and so in vogue today.

The apartment is located on the thirteenth floor with spectacular views from all its windows and terrace. The panoramic views range from a little piece of sea to the Alcazaba, passing through all the buildings in the center and the mountains in the background. Walking through the property we have the feeling of visiting Malaga from home.
